Make Your Elf Setup Effortless
FAQ
Orders for Effortless Packs can be made any time of the year, though between December and July we are only able to accept pre-orders for packs as this is when we’re hard at work putting the packs together. Orders for packs will be shipped between July and December.
Orders for décor and ornaments can be made any time of the year and will be shipped as soon as your order is finalised.
Effortless Packs are sold on a pre-order basis until the start of July, after which we will bulk ship all pre-orders and continue to ship orders as we receive them up until the start of December. Actual delivery timeframes will be dependent on our delivery partner, AusPost.
Christmas décor and ornaments are sent separately from our Effortless Packs and are delivered direct from our overseas supplier to your nominated address. Their delivery timeframes are generally quick, though international shipping can sometimes take several weeks.

No, not at the moment - Families will need to use their own Elf.
We know families do not all use the same type/style of Elf, so we have tried to design our scenes to work with Elves of different sizes and shapes.
Not at the moment. There are many Elves available online or at your local shops which you can use.
Not quite! We’ve put a lot of effort into creating great handmade props and accessories, but some items are too specialised or intricate for us to make ourselves.
Most scenes include all props you will need; however, some scenes may require some common household items (such as kitchen utensils) or some common perishable items which are not practical to ship (such as egg shells).
Yes! The standard set up will be for a single Elf but each pack includes a helpful booklet which will include tips for incorporating multiple Elves.
Yes, some scenes will include food items which are included in the pack. Any food provided by us should be considered as a prop and is not intended to be consumed.
We’ve designed our packs for families with small children so have taken every precaution possible to ensure our items and props are child friendly. However, the scale of an Elf scene is generally small and some props may be a choking hazard.
We ask families to consider their own individual circumstances when using items and props from our packs and to be mindful of any safety issues such as choking hazards.
Effortless Elves is a small independent family business and is not associated or affiliated with any other Christmas or Elf related businesses.
